This workshop is designed to help you build the strength, balance, and control required for a range of arm balances and inversions. We will break down key skills including Crow Pose, Headstand, Tripod Headstand, Pincha (forearm stand), handstands, and related progressions.
You’ll work through targeted conditioning drills, alignment principles, and entry techniques to support safe, sustainable progress. The session also covers core engagement, shoulder stability, load tolerance, and safe exit strategies, ensuring confidence and control in upside-down positions.
